Dosing buffer

In addition to feeding the waste into the recycling plant, the dosing buffer has the function of initially buffering larger quantities of waste. These are then continuously fed into the recycling plant through a rotating spiral. Dosing buffers are used in particular for intermittent feeding of the waste.

Feeding hopper

The feed hopper is an alternative to the dosing buffer. Here, too, the waste quantities are first buffered and then continuously fed to the recycling plant via a screw conveyor.

Contaminant separator

Impurity separators remove coarse and impurities from the process water.

Fine particle separator

Fine particle separators remove contained components >60 μm from the process water.

The filtration of the process water takes place in the filter press. This produces filtered water (filtrate) as well as filter cake that is resistant to piercing.
