Material processing

The material is processed using a wet-mechanical process. For this purpose, systems with a washing capacity of up to 30 m³/h are provided. These are characterised in particular by a large water bath for an optimum washing result.

Bearing points outside the water bath ensure reduced service and maintenance requirements. The machine cover, which can be folded by means of gas pressure springs, ensures good accessibility to the machine. The system is hot-dip galvanised and can also be heated.

The vibratory channel is used for screening the solid mixture, which is fed via the spiral conveyor. The vibratory channel is designed as a linear oscillator which is driven by two counter-rotating unbalance motors. The linear oscillation of the material transports the material on the one hand and separates the mineral fractions into sand and chippings on the other. The separated fractions are conveyed into the respective material box.
